Dr. Milton Waner is a facial plastic surgeon specializing in both children and adults and is the Founder and Director of the Vascular Birthmarks Institute.
Dr. Waner is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading experts in Hemangioma and vascular malformations of the head and neck.
He has authored more than 100 scientific publications, contributed 24 book chapters, and written two landmark textbooks in the field. Dr. Waner was among the pioneers in the use of Copper Vapor lasers for the treatment of vascular lesions and holds numerous international patents for medical devices, including the development of infrared imaging glasses that enable visualization of veins through intact skin.
